Meet Tina and Giovanni (my favourite elderly locals) as they share their passion for baking traditional Italian cakes in their 60+ year establishment!
Class begins at Monticello Cakes, Thornbury. Together we’ll enjoy a coffee and handmade cake of your choice, then we’ll take a short walk to our ceramics studio where you will learn how to craft a pair of ceramic espresso cups, guided by Adele.
After class, your pieces will be dried, fired and glazed, ready for pick up 4 weeks later at Monticello Cakes.
What’s Included:
Approx 2 hour hand building ceramics class, guided by Adele
2 handmade espresso cups, fired and glazed in shino white
Coffee and cake from Monticello Cakes
Handmade biscotti and fresh coffee upon pick up
